1974

Our company was founded by my parents Arduino Pini and Loriana Anna Biondi, from the beginning they stood out for the innovative way of doing intermediation, providing support and consulting services, at the time intermediation had much more simplistic dynamics. They understood the importance of paying particular attention to the support and consultancy services offered to customers as well as the search for the desired property. Although our company has always maintained a strongly family connotation, it has been one of the main operators in the real estate brokerage sector of the Castelli Romani and the Roman coast since the beginning, with a network of agencies in the area. We were among the first in our area to deal with the sale of entire residential and industrial real estate complexes.

1990

An acceleration in the generational change took place when my father, a highly charismatic figure, passed away, with a commendable commitment we reorganized the company with the centralization of agents and collaborators in the historic headquarters of Albano Laziale, developing increasingly targeted customer services and directly monitoring the entire organization. At the same time, we have expanded the real estate development sector, characterizing important initiatives with the direct management of subdivisions and recovery plans in the historic centers of the city of Albano Laziale and neighboring towns.

2008

I can proudly say that we have confirmed ourselves over the years as a leading player in the real estate sector of the Castelli Romani and the Roman hinterland, especially by giving importance to people, always trying to satisfy different needs. We have intensified the management of numerous real estate initiatives, including subdivisions and recovery of historic buildings. The synergy with the DRA&U Architecture Studio is precious for the development of high-profile real estate transactions. We have further strengthened and better branched out our network of collaborations, expanding our territorial area with numerous real estate initiatives also in Rome, Latina and Sardinia.

2014

Despite the difficult period of the market, we have recorded a growing demand for exclusive properties from international customers, precisely with this in mind we have established new collaborations with real estate agencies in various regions, law and accounting firms with international customers, developing especially in those areas where we have trusting and consolidated relationships with our partners. We have supported our overseas customers through our direct collaborators in Kazakhstan and the United Kingdom. Our current first foreign market is Kazakhstan, from this year we have a private office in Almaty for direct consultancy. In order to provide comprehensive support, we have made dedicated help desks available to our international customers.

2018

A new impetus has been given to the entire organization with new and important collaborations in order to offer increasingly efficient services, thanks also to targeted training and certification of procedures to guarantee and better support customers, both at the time of sale and at the time of purchase.

The synergy created and the agreements signed with important national and foreign partners, as well as the expansion of collaborators and property finders, allows us to offer hundreds of properties purchased with competence and professionalism throughout the country.

In addition to dedicated advice, we also offer our Italian and foreign clients specialized advice with professionals specialized in legal, financial, tax, credit and technical aspects, following them from the moment of the request until the conclusion of the contract.
